IX AIDP Symposium for Young Penalists - Frankfurt, 16-17 December 2021
“AI and Criminal Justice: Trust, Conflict and Power”
The Symposium was based on the Call for Papers launched by the AIDP for the International Review of Penal Law (RIDP) volume on "Artificial Intelligence, big data and automated decision-making in criminal justice". Together with the selection for the Volume 1/2021 of the International Review of Penal Law, articles submitted by Young Penalists (i.e. PhD students, postdoctoral researchers, academics, professionals who are under the age of 35) have been selected for presentation.
