VII AIDP Symposium for Young Penalists - Rome, 11-12 November 2019
“The Criminal Law Protection of our Common Home”
During the VII Symposium for Young Penalists, young academics discussed on to what extent can criminal law contribute to an integral ecology, inseparable from the notion of ‘common good’ and how does the protection of climate, environment and biodiversity relate to the respect of human dignity, to distributive justice and to justice between generations.
The proceedings of the Symposium were published in a dedicated issue of the International Review of Penal Law.
